Could you link me to the statblocks used for the assassins?

I'll PM it to you, also I'd like to use this opportunity to change the target of the XP/GOLD from Arioch to Naizelos

Doesn't the gold and exp equal the same for adventure threads? So it'd be 580 each gold and exp? Or have I been understanding it totally wrong up to this point? ((Which is totes possible - I thought GMs also got the exp of monsters until recently soooo...))

You get XP for monsters but not gold inherently. You earn 180 for the WC and ... I need to decide if you get full XP rewards for running away from the assassins.
Awarding adventures is by far the most subjective part. I feel like you should definitely get something, because in one sense you did 'beat' the encounter (in that their aim was to kill Citrine and that didn't happen), but you did it in a way which doesn't stop them coming back, so did you really 'overcome' the assassin challenge?
I'm leaning towards 1/2 rewards, but I'll be thinking on it this afternoon.

If it helps, we're planning a part two. In a way this can be seen a the adventure prequel.
Though, to be fair, I beat it from the wild magic surge XD Not leaving on my own choice. I did have Citrine track (albeit not smartly #EightIntScore) with intent to reengage.

Hm. In that case, would yourself and Arioch be comfortable with postponing the awards until you have beaten them? Scoring XP twice off the same monsters seems a little questionable to me.

Well, I count it as overcoming the challenge; I don't think it has to necessarily end with death. And she was literally trapped in a room getting shanked from both sides with damage values equallying pretty much her full health, and lucked out of the situation, so it's not like escape was an easy choice before that. That's why I see it as overcoming the challenge. Both choices were risky, and she chose to eat opportunity attacks on her first (failed) escape attempt, too.
It wouldn't have been the same if, for instance, she got jumped on the road by a bandit and decided to effortlessly take off in the first turn.
Either way I'll accept your ruling on the issue. However I'd count the second part as a separate adventure (or a second challenge), because next time there will be other difficulties given that now they are aware she can do that kind of unlikely stuff and will plan for that in advance.

Alrighty.
I'll stick with my original gut feeling and provide 1/2 xp rewards at this time, and reserve judgement for the second depending on how they change tactics.
