Miri gazed curiously at the glittering, red powder. She flashed a brilliant grin at Marilyn, took a pinch of the powder, and cheerfully snorted it without reservations regarding either the powder’s (potentially) dubious provenance, the promised fizzing, or their rather immediate proximity to the guardhouse.
Once the fizzing had subsided, Miri rubbed the last of the tears from her eyes, and grinned, broadly. “Surprisingly fun,” she said, thoughtfully. She winked at Marilyn. “I’d do it again,” Miri pronounced.
“I’m going to sneak around a few of those alleys,” Miri said with a bright grin, glancing around the docks, one hand on her hips. “Might as well see if there’s anything to be seen.”
((If possible, I’d like to use stealth for this! The logic is that Miri plants herself (stealthily) in some quiet, dark corner where clandestine meetings are likely to take place, and listens in for some exciting information. If that doesn’t pass muster, happy to use perception instead, or investigation; the modifiers are the same))
