Crucible studied the magical map before him. "A solid plan, to be most certain. I do believe the elemnt of surprise will work best here. But who will be the brave actor to 'fix' the wheel? I don't like the idea of putting our new found friend in danger," he said as he hooked a thumb over his shoulder, indicating the driver." I do have some ranged magical options, but given the looks of us, I fear my place may belong closer to the Gnolls. Another distraction of sorts, once the combat begins".

(Just for clarity - Golius will slow the cart as per Smee's request, and you have some time to put the plan into action. If you want to go for it, I'll ask the person leading the cart 'breakdown' to make a deception check - if someone else can figure a way to make it look more convincing that can be made with advantage)

Their rudimentary plan was set into action; the cart dipped onto one side like a red-faced drunk and slowed. As it rumbled to a stop, Astra wove the sound of splintering wood through the air. The others took their positions; the melee-oriented folks were to go out and “fix” the wheel, kicking up a ruckus about their great misfortune and whatnot. Meanwhile, those with long-ranged capabilities would target the “softest” hostiles. She had her eye set on that mage… Technically, that one was well within the range of her magic, but she preferred letting her allies reach it too.
As their ruse unfolded, Astra kept watch, a finger holding the covers parted a sliver. She would fire off an attack once the mage so much as stepped forward; the only thing to do now is to wait and see which of the group would bite the bait.
(Ready Action: Astra will fire an Eldritch Blast at the shaman-type after it moves towards the cart, or the others do so. Whichever comes first!) Attack Roll: 1d20+4 Damage Roll: 1d10+2 1d20+4·1d20+4·1d20+4·1d10+2

Crucible hopped out of the back of the cart, the entire vehicle sighing in relief as his bulk was removed. His mace hung at his hip, and his shield still clung to his arm as he circled around to inspect the wheel. In the confusion of the plan making, he actually wasn't sure if the wheel was damaged or not. He knelt beside the cart, willing the embedded tools in his arm to show themselves. A small latch in his wrist opened, and a wrench spring into his palm. He made a show of taking the nuts of the wheel, as he began to remove it in earnest. The best Deception was to simply do it.
