You should notice that the squares which used to have orcs in now have red Xs in. A creature fighting on the body of a fallen creature is at Disadvantage and does not count as flanking so takes up the space but does not grant advantage to themselves or any creature opposite them. A creature fighting on the corpses of two fallen creatures is at Disadvantage and attacks against that creature are at advantage. A piece of terrain with three corpses on it cannot be entered. If we somehow get to 4 corpses on a square it provides partial cover against ranged attacks. 5 corpses and we're in total cover territory as you're now constructing actual barricades out of the dead.

Spit bubbled in the corner of Dredka’s mouth as she whipped her head around, surveying the carnage rapidly expanding about them. She was having flashbacks to team battles in the arena all right; those moments when people were cut off from one another, where superior force of numbers could be brought to bear to carve down opponents who were, one on one, far too strong for any individual members to deal with. Fighting back to back with Kara made it difficult for the orcs to find significant purchase on them. Kara was a whirling dervish with that glaive, stabbing and striking, keeping some of the orcs further back, slowing the tide. But there were just so many of them. Soon, she felt sure, they would no longer be one cohesive team fighting a horde; they would be a group of three desperately embattled teams surrounded and cut off from support. “We have to stick together!” She roared over the increasing noise of the orcs. As she spoke, she swung her great axe around, and with utter disdain, cleaved the already-wounded orc in twain, sending his carcass to the ground like a felled tree. She paused only to kick his lower half over, before turning fully to face the orc preparing to slash her in half from behind. “Get to horned-girl and bunny.” She implored Kara, rooting herself to the ground. Then, it was back to the orcs, bellowing louder than ever before, her face a mask of utter hatred and contempt for the weaklings surrounding her. “I’m too strong to die! You dung-brained FARMERS. Fight ME! I WILL BREAK YOUR HEADS!” Dredka’s challenge might be in a language none of her fellows spoke, but there was no mistaking the body language she displayed. She took one hand off her axe to thump her chest and make her chains rattle in provocation. It might look suicidal. It might be suicidal. But it wouldn’t be the first time she had fallen to her brethren. If she did it buying the lives of her companions, it would be a better death than the first time.

The sound of the horn blowing again rocked through Kara. If she’d been anyone else – if she’d had a shred less focus, honed by years of throwing herself at desperate situations and escaping by the skin of her teeth – between Dredka’s bellowing about Gruumsh and the too-familiar feeling of being swarmed over by orcs –
It was too much. It should have been too much.
Kara gritted her teeth. Terror knocked and she ignored it as coolly as the orc who swung at her and missed. The weight of the claw on her chest was slight; it was nothing, compared to her armor and her glaive. Even her gauntlets outweighed it. But Kara could feel it, throbbing and pulsing against her skin, reminding her –
Dredka cleaved the orc before her in half and turned to Kara. Her words were nearly lost in the roar, but they sank in; she was telling Kara to go, to regroup with their companions. Kara glanced around. They were surrounded by five orcs left alive, with two more approaching – four more.
To leave Dredka was to condemn her to death.
She was an ORC!
The thoughts of pain and terror to come weren’t enough to break through Kara’s battle focus, her rage, but this one was. She stared into Dredka’s eyes and hated what she saw – bravery, humanity, the willingness to put her life on the line. She hadn’t been able to see it before, not any of it; she hadn’t believed her, but here, on the battlefield –
Kara turned and swung an all out strike at one of the orcs behind her, chopping at him; she caught him, but he was still standing, bloodied but up. Kara turned again, slashing at the orc behind her, the one who’d tried to strike her; she caught him hard, and he dropped to the ground, dead now.
Strangely enough, once the decision was made she could focus again. There was no more hesitation, no more conflict; Kara knew what she had to do.
“No,” Kara looked at Dredka, breathing hard. She shifted her glaive to one hand, wrapped a gauntleted hand around Dredka’s arm, and pulled. Dredka had almost two full feet of height on Kara; she was a truly enormous orc, wrapped in chains, with muscles and strength feared throughout the battlegrounds of Waterdeep.
None of that mattered to Kara. She grabbed, and she pulled. She felt Dredka resist her, and she ignored it, as fully as she ignored the rest of the orcs behind them, pulling Dredka behind her to rejoin the rest of the party.
((Kara moves 4 squares south, to next to Honey, dragging the grappled Dredka with her. I believe that should be, uh, 4 opportunity attacks))

Warden gritted her teeth upon hearing that horn and guttural laughter, wanting nothing so much as to cause that to end via a battleaxe to the throat. But there were orcs right in front of her to kill, and she wasn't about to pull her weight. The tiefling swung at the enemy right before her, hoping to land a solid blow. With the power of the divine coursing within her, Warden's confidence was rather high.
Attack w/adv: iG2JCPrS1d20+31d20+3 Bless: 1d4 Damage, if hit: 1d8+3
After that slash, she took a glance back and decided it was better to move now before the two orcs got a chance to properly flank her. Stepping back and placing her back against the rock seemed a good strategy...but then she saw Kara pulling Dredka along, toward her. (And wasn't that a sight? She'd have to tell Rolond, later.) So, with that in mind Warden stayed put and abandoned the plan...and any immediate opportunity for the orcs to land a blow on her. 1d20+3·1d20+3·1d4·1d8+3

Igostrom saw a need to kill the commander, just like in any battle. However, he couldn't do it himself this time. He needed a mountie. He needed range. He needed Honey.
"HONEY! GET ON ME AND SHOOT THAT HORNBLOWER!" He said as he dropped his lance to draw his sword and get into a parry with the orc in front of him.

Honeybun wasn’t much of a fighter, she had no real experience of a situation like this. Igostrom seemed to have plenty of experience, however, so she trusted his judgement. She scrambled up onto his back, and pulled out the crossbow he had given to her. She lined up the shot as best she could, aiming for the one with the horn. Unfortunately, she wasn't quite used to the height, and she wasn't used to the weapon.
